Mine also started doing this today! My device is only 6 months old. Don't know why this happened. Now my screen is just black, doesn't even want to switch on, vibrate or anything. I called fitbit support, they went through the steps with me and said the higher department will contact me via email. Haven't received any email... very disappointed.

I am in the exact same position since Friday. I've tried charging the device in different parts of the house but can't get green lights to flash at the back. Turns on to get the logo and then goes to red X and screen goes black again. I've tried removing the app and reinstalling but no luck. Anything else recommended from the support team?

Moi depuis dimanche j'ai le même problème, télécharge quand le tout est fini j'essaie d'allumer et rien ce fait, après je réessaie elle s'allume clignote et un X rouge s'allume et mon écran devient noir depuis Noel que je l'aie tout allais bien jusqu'à maintenant, je viens d'envoyer un courriel je vais voir ce qu'ils vont me dire et vous revenir.
