In the Fitbit App, Gallery tile try changing to another clock face and sync.

If the suggestion kindly provided by @Guy_ doesn't work please let the battery of your device run down to the point where it will shut off. Then please give it a full charge, which may take considerably longer as the battery is deep discharged at his point.
In addition, try to restart the device by pressing the button down for 10 seconds and then release until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen.
