Versa 4 keeps showing the Fitbit logo

So I just got my versa 4 yesterday and it's not syncing to my phone until I completely reset it and only does it then but never syncs after that. Then the logo pops up on my versa 4 almost every 1-3 mins. Even more so when I just open my fitbit app. Is this normal? Is this "syncing the device" should I just replace it or get rid of it completely?

Hi there, @Ari3s. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 4 before reaching out.

In addition to the steps you've done so far, please try the following in the order listed:

  • Check if your Versa 4 is showing on your phone's Bluetooth settings and Fitbit app. If so, please unpair it.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use. This can help to prevent connectivity issues or Bluetooth interference.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth on your phone.
  • Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
  • Set up your new Versa 4 again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa 4.

If the issue persists, see Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
