Versa 4 keeps turning off

hi i'm using fitbit versa 2 and now i buy versa 4 for my daughter  the problem is it's keep on turning off eventhough the batery is full charge up to 100%  i've to reset it and turns off tried to change the clock mode  again it does not help the problem. can please someone help me i'm begining to be disappointed on the product.Thanks in advance for the help

Hi @rhennah09 - this can be a clock face issue, in the Fitbit App Gallery tile change to another clock face, if you can.

You can always chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support.

hi  thanks for the reply i already change the clock face and nothing happens

@rhennah09 - did you also try turning off the phone's Bluetooth?
