For the past couple of weeks my versa 4 has been turning off and the only way to restart it is to connect it to the charger. When it restarts it still has plenty of battery (often 90% or more) and sometimes this will jump to higher than it had said before it shut down.
I’ve tried restarting, changing the clock face, disconnecting from my phone and a factory reset. It’s just over 2 years old so it’s not under warranty anymore. Has anyone had a similar problem and managed to find a solution?

Hi, I've been having this exact same problem with my versa 4 watch.
Have you managed to get it sorted? It is so frustrating!

Sadly not - still having the same problem and searching for a solution. I’ll come back and update if I manage to find a fix.
