Hey! I have had multiple Fitbit’s the last 10 years, my Versa 3 being used the longest. This thing was dropped, had a cracked screen, would hardly hold a band on the one side but worked like a charm.
For Christmas my parents upgraded me to the 4. Does anyone else think it kinda sucks? It tracks my sleep maybe every one out of three nights, is never able to sync, I can’t get the “find my phone” feature on this one to work (that’s just a me problem though), it’s never counting my stairs correctly. I’ve make sure it’s up to date and everything but the quality just seems like total **ahem**.
Anyone else notice this?

I agree. I want to throw mine everyday. Sometimes my SP02 doesn’t work. Or the activity won’t show. Now it won’t sync

Hi @e1thal @Gfizz76 - the problems are more related to the new V4 Fitbit App, released in September 2023.
It's always helpful to restart the watch to get it syncing again, also toggling Bluetooth off/on and restarting the phone can help temporarily.
Unfortunately the Versa 4 doesn't have all the features of the Versa 3.
