Upgrade to Versa 4 has impacted my stats

I switched from Versa 3 to 4 today. The new watch shows my steps correctly. The app shows my stats from Versa 3 up to the time I moved over and is not registering what the watch says. Any suggestions!

Hi @Laurie655 - this can be a problem with the new V4 Fitbit App which has problems syncing and can lose connection.

Once you get it syncing properly the information should show but unlike the older app you may have to manually sync it to get the current information in the app.

You may need to toggle Bluetooth off/on, restart the watch, restart the phone, or even logout/login of the app to get it to fully sync.

Thank you so much for the insight, @Guy_. And welcome back to the community, @Laurie655, I'm glad to see you here once again.

My best recommendation would be for you to restart your Versa 4 and make you sure you're wearing it correctly, since this can impact the Versa 4 from getting information.

Let me know how it goes once you've done this, please.

Hi, tried everything and nothing works. App is still not showing the stats on my watch. Leaving on a trip tomorrow so going to go back to my Versa 3 and return the 4 when I get home. I am totally disgusted with new watch.
But, thanks for your welcome and help.

Thanks! I did all that and no luck. I am back on my Versa 3 and will return the Versa 4 after my holiday out of the country. I spent about 1.5 hours trying to make it work today! Time I will never get back. I guess I got a lemon!
