Versa 4 locks when taken off

I just purchased a Versa 4. My Versa 2 recently fell apart. Before, I was able to have the watch lock whenever I took it off. Now my new watch will only lock Google Wallet access. This means if I leave it lying around, anyone can change all sorts of settings.  Is this true?  Has Fitbit really removed the ability to lock the whole watch?

This isn't really an answer to my question.  My question dealt with automatically locking my device when I take it off. And locking the device, not just a feature. Your "answer" pointed me to something unrelated that deals with locking only the contactless payment features. It is obvious that your quick response to my inquiry was a way to add another answered question to your account.
The correct answer would be: "No, Fitbit has failed its users by removing a beneficial feature that was previously provided and very helpful."  Please feel free to prove me wrong by pointing me to how the DEVICE can be locked and not simply the contactless payment feature.
you need to remove your answer as the best and change it to mine.
