Hi, when I went into my Fitbit app today the majority of activities I have logged over the past have disappeared. I would flip through the monthly view and the activities would literally disappear in front of my eyes.
Apart from that my Fitbit no longer tracks distance correctly when stride length set to automatic. I had to manually set it which is highly inaccurate so I cannot rely on my watch anymore when going for runs or walks etc.
How do I fix these issues?

I think it is all manually added logged activities that are missing but might be other ones as well.

I’ve lost all history of manual swim workouts (seems to be more than everything from the past month)

Here it behaves funnily. The total exercise hours in a week is not getting incremented. It correspondingly removes the efforts posted on an earlier day and keeps showing 20 hours as my current week's effort.

Do you know if it is only with versa 4 or in general with a google update failure?

I have exactly the same issues. Has stopped logging exercise data (since Friday) and when you view old data it deletes in front of your eyes. My zone minutes are still visible, but I have lost all my exercise data. Hoping it will be retrievable when the issue is resolved?

Same here. I’ve logged a workout every day this month and they show up at the time but they now randomly disappear. It says I’ve only worked out 3 days this month.
