Verse 4 has lost connection to internet how do I get it back on

To better assist you, may I know if you're receiving this error message "Oops no internet connection"? If so, please note that this issue can be caused by the use of the following on your phone:

  • VPN
  • AdBlock software
  • Security software
  • Private DNS
