Versa 4 no longer auto recognising exercise

Evening everyone. Over the last few weeks my Versa 4 keeps randomly dropping the auto recognition of exercise and walks.

I have to go into settings, turn them all off and back on again and then for the next few days it will work again. Then will just randomly stop again a few days later. I hate it when it does it because it will then manually ask about half way through an activity and only picks up about half of what is being done.

I’ve had it since Xmas and it’s been fine up until the last few weeks.

Same here this is so frustrating. It chooses when to track my heart rate too. Then states according to my heart rate I’m average to good for my age. I go to the gym at least 4 times a week and do heavy cardio classes. Not impressed at all really

It’s also saying I’ve done 250 floors today. Which I absolutely haven’t 🙄🤣
