My Fitbit versa 4 is no longer receiving or giving any notifications. Email, tecxt notifications, nor is it reminding me to walk every hour. It also will not let me change my step goal. I have restarted, shut down, set back to factory reset, I have uninstalled and reinstall the app several times. Nothing works. Please advise.

Hello there @Sgdelame, welcome to the Fitbit Community. 

Thanks for sharing the steps you've already tried.

Have you checked your device's Do Not Disturb and Sleep modes? These settings can prevent notifications from reaching your watch. 

Please double check that they're off before moving to something else.
