Hey - my iphone 11 pooped out finally. I just got an iphone 16. I have a Versa 4 since earlier this year - but have had various Fitbits since 2017. After I updated the phone I no longer receive imessage (text) notifications on my Versa 4. I have literally tried everything I have read on here, called customer service and waited a silly amount of time to try everything again, reset everything on the fitbit, in the app, on my phone. All of it! The Versa notified me for my texts before this new phone. Currently I get all of my other notifications except this one. Now, in the grand scheme of life is this a big thing? No. But I am realizing how much I actually did rely on my Fitbit to notify me of my texts - now I have the sound notification on my phone for my texts and I do not like that! Anyone have any suggestions that maybe would not be the typical ways to fix this? I am sorry to ask because it seems like something is off with the versa itself - and I am getting aggravated and may have to abandon my Versa which I do not want to do so soon. OK thanks!

OH my goodness - after I posted my issue - I just reread through all of the similar issues again and I tried all of the suggestions - again. Mostly by a Fitbit Mod named MareFitBit. Anyway I toggled a few notification switches in messages and now it seems to be working! OK then the Versa 4 will stay 🙂 Sorry for anyone who read this. But my only advice at this point is to toggle things after resetting and removing the device and the app, etc etc. Thank you again.

Hi @Tillysmom - thanks and well done for solving it.
Changing phones can be a bit of a problem as some of the settings from the previous phone have to be be remade for everything to work as before.
