Versa 4 not showing steps anymore

Since changing to Google, I’ve lost the  step count on my watch.  It’s reading undefined.  I have tried everything to reset and nothing has helped.  Any suggestions?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, I'll be glad to help. 

This is something really weird, let's try to set up your device as new as a firs step, please follow the steps below: 

  • Verify that the Fitbit app on your phone or tablet doesn't have any pending updates.
  • From the Fitbit app, tap on the icon that looks like a watch and a mobile phone located at the top of the screen.
  • Tap on the option that says "Add More Device" 
  • From the list of devices, choose your Versa 4
  • Tap on the option that says "Replace with New Versa 4". This suggests you're essentially telling the app you're setting up your existing Versa 4 as if it were a new one.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions provided by the app.

Please keep in mind that it's not necessary to remove or unpair your current device before starting this process. Also, please make sure you have your WiFi password readily available, as you may be asked to complete an update again.
