Versa 4 not showing on Bluetooth's settings

Bluetooth shows Versa 4 Calls, but not Versa 4 anymore. It did originally and then I lost it. Are they both one in the same? Everytime I hit pair a new device, it either doesn't show the Versa 4, or if it does, the watch rejects the pairing?

Hi there, @Eyefit. It's nice to see you around the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 4 I snot showing on your Bluetooth's settings. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!

As a first approach, I'd recommend checking if your mobile device meets the requirements to properly operate with your Fitbit device. For more information, see Fitbit Compatible Devices.

In addition, please confirm if you've tried all the steps provided here Why won't my Fitbit device sync? in the order listed. 

Nevertheless, please keep in mind that the Versa 4 Controls might be listed as “Not Connected” in the list of Bluetooth devices on your phone. When you receive a phone call, the controls automatically reconnect.
