My Versa time has not changed in over 2 days. Before that the date was wrong, I got that fixed. But watch has read 10:05 now for almost 3 days. Went on line to try and fix it was told to forget device on my iPhone now how do I get it back on my phone! Getting very frustrated with these mishaps that keep happening

Hi there, @pattikov. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 4 is still showing the wrong time. I understand how frustrating this can be, I will do my best to help you with this!
After the steps you've tried, may I ask if you already synced your device? Please note that the time will be wrong if your Versa 4 hasn't synced recently as your Fitbit device uses the time of the device you're syncing with. To make sure your Fitbit device has recently synced, go to your Fitbit app and tap the Today tab, and then tap Devices.
If by any chance you run into syncing issues, please see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
If the issue is still not solved, but you can confirm that your Fitbit device is syncing, I recommend changing your time zone to a completely different one, sync your device, put the correct time and sync again.
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...

Hi @pattikov - it would seem your clock face was frozen and often restarting the watch will fix it.
If you followed the syncing advice given by @MarreFitbit and restarted the watch and synced it, it should fix itself however if it comes back try changing to another clock face
