New versa 4 will not stay on unless connected to charger! Time is 6 hours behind. It says it syncs to the fitbit app . After holding the power on button for a long press it starts and boots up to home screen but after a short time it shuts down and needs a long press to restart. Can you please let me know what I am doing wrong or is the device faulty. Thanks

Not sure why you have sent link to why my my fitbit is not charging ? My fitbit is 100% charged and after being turned on it shuts down after a short time . It then needs for the button to pressed again to reboot .
It would appear there is a fault with the device as it is brand new

If the answer was in the Internet already then I would have found it ! It's not doing anything that it should be so i can only assume it's faulty and we have wasted hours on trying to get it working properly 😞 😞 I was wondering if there's a known fault as its just doing the same thing every time. Done a new install and replaced and it's just the same but as there's no clear instruction booklet we are left trying to troubleshoot by searching 😞 Not a good experience 😢
