My Versa 4 watch suddenly disconnect then I followed the steps to disconnecting the watch first and try to reconnect. Then I stuck on the screen where it asking me to enter a 4 digit number, actually my blue-tooth can located the watch and the watch also showing the 4 digit number, however, when I try to enter the number then the app keep "flashing" which means the app not allow me to enter any number.......
I try to reinstall the app then the issues is still there, I also try to use another Iphone the issue is the same...
Did anyone is the same with me now?

Sad to hear that you're having an issue with your Versa 4.
From what you've mentioned, I'd suggest to do a factory reset on your device and set it up from scratch.
To factory reset your Versa 4, first keep it's button pressed for around 10 seconds until you'll see the Fitbit logo flashing on it's display. Then release the button and immediately keep pressing it again until there's a circle around the Fitbit logo. Now release the button and wait until your device has restarted.
Finally please follow the instructions provided here to set up your device:

Thanks for your suggestion, however, I try many times to reset my Versa 4, re-install the APP, update the iphone IOS into the latest version, turn on the auto update, reset the Blue-Tooth and it seems all the result is not related the watch. Because my phone can connect with the watch, but going to the step to enter the "4-digit number", it allow me to enter the number but once enter the number, then the number will "flesh-out" which means that not successfully to enter the 4-digit number........the result is > I can't connect the watch and the phone without entering anything......
I speak with the CS team many times but seems like the APP will have further update in the few days?? I don't know, they not let me have the "firm" reply and keep asking me to "keep watching your email".......
Nothing I can do now.......
