I use Cronometer to food track and three days ago it was syncing with my versa, now it doesn’t. It will not force sync either. This was a Waste of hard earned money. I’ve spent more time on with rude support people in the one month I’ve had this, than the entire 10 years I’ve owned various fitbits. This version of the versa is horrible. Any ideas besides a hammer?

Hi @Mspamw - I found this page which may be of help.
However there are syncing/connection issues with versions of the new V4 Fitbit App which may be causing you problems.
In addition you may want to check the web page applications authorisations to see what it says there.
