Thanks for taking the time to share this with us, I’ll be happy to help you get this sorted out.

There are several background factors that can affect your device's performance. To start, please restart your Versa 4. Once that is done, try force syncing your device through the Fitbit app.

Additionally, please ensure that both your app and your phone are running the latest software versions.
