It will no longer sync because it’s syncing unknown apps. Questions to do it later or continue but either answer fails and to try later. So far removed app, reloaded app, switched off Bluetooth, switched back on, requested to forget device, added it back on, reset phone. Any other ideas?

To better assist you, would you mind confirming if it's the Fitbit App Gallery the one that is not loading? Or is it your Versa 4 not syncing at all?
If your Fitbit App Gallery is not loading, would you mind to double check that you are not logged in the Fitbit mobile app on multiple mobile devices (any combination of phones and/or tablets) at the same time? If you're, please sign out of one and try again while only signed in on one device.
Let me know if by doing that you keep having the same issue.

Hi, it’s not syncing at all, either option does not clear later or continue. Tells me to try later.
