When I used my Charge 2, the map of my walk showed up in the Android app after syncing it with my Fitbit device.

Walks registered with my Versa 4 don't show a map of my walk in thw android app

Most map issues arise from signal loss during workouts, often caused by heavily wooded areas and tall buildings zones.

Let's try to resolve this with the following steps:

  • Loosen the band by 1 notch.
  • Ensure your device doesn't touch your wrist bone.
  • Wait for GPS connection before starting exercise.

Be sure to start exercises manually to ensure tracking, and note that auto-tracking exercises will not record GPS data.
