My Versa 4 is not tracking my sleep consistently. I have restarted, cleaned the contacts on the back. It recorded 2 nights ago, but didn’t last night. 🙁

Please try adjusting sleep sensitivity to your sleeping habits. To do so, first tap on your profile picture in the upper left corner of your Fitbit app's Today page. Next select App Settings. Near the bottom of the list of availlaible options you'll find Sleep Sensitivity. Tap on that and select a different setting than the one you're currently using. Sync your Versa 4 to finish.
