Versa 3 stopped working after getting stuck on FitBit logo. No amount of hard resets (both hard reset methods) would spring it into life. So I bought the versa 4.
During the first charge on the new device I got a warning on screen saying the device was too hot. After allowing to cool off, the device would turn on. A few attempts of a soft reset didn't work and so after about 5 or 6 attempts at a hard reset I managed to get it to work.
After the next charge, same problem again and so I took it back to Argos and got a replacement Versa 4.
However, same thing again, after charging, it won't turn on. Soft reset results in nothing hard reset, nothing.
When I press and hold the button, I feel it buzz, but nothing displays on screen.
Are FitBit devices riddled with bad firmware or something? Seem to have nothing but troubles with them.
