I own a fitbit vesra 4 in warranty. I have called fitbit 3 different times and got 3 different reasons why my fitbit does not alert me on alarms and when i set the timer. I have been late for work, late picking up my son. how embarrassing to have staff call and tell you that you need to pick up your son. I have missed basketball training that I paid $80 for my son. I have over cooked expensive meat on 3 occasions. and i continue not get a replacement.
I have been told that my fitbit isn't synced. I never got a notification that it needed to be synced, fitbit watch or email. I have been told that i need to go to the app store and update my fitbit. what app do you have to go to the app store to update. every app that i have auto updates or you update it within the app. after being notified. I have been told to change the setting to strong vibration instead of light. the default is light.
This has caused me so much undue stress and money.

Hi @cliftonjhunter - that's unfortunate, but the vibration is weak even when set on strong so you may not feel it or it is not working at all.
To check which, set an alarm for in a few minutes, when it goes off make a point of squeezing it between finger and thumb of the other hand and pressing on your wrist while it is showing the alert. If you feel no vibration at all it is most likely faulty.
