Versa 4 not working properly

My wife each have a Versa 4.  Hers has been showing battery is @74%, after 2+ days of use and then an overnight charge.  It also does not allow it to be powered down.  Has difficulty with moving screens, steps are out of sync.  We've been together all morning, she's 10,000+, I'm at 4,000, we should be close.

Hi there, @Soveel. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 4.

As @Guy_ has recommended, you guys could try a factory reset. Nevertheless, please take into consideration that a factory reset deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account, your applications, alarms, etc. Once you guys have made sure the Versa 4 has synced, please proceed with the factory reset by opening the Settings app on the Versa 4 > About > Factory Reset.

If the above doesn't work, the best way to get help for this problem is to chat with us online or give us a call. Click here to get connected.

Hi @Soveel - if you have restarted it and that didn't help it may need a factory reset. In any case as it is under warranty if that doesn't work it can be replaced, but as that may take some time try and resolve it first.
