Hi All,

My son’s Versa 4 is stuck on the Fitbit logo screen. We have unpaired it from my phone, deleted and reinstalled the app, and I’ve turned my phone off twice and turned back on.I’ve also tried the factory reset on the Fitbit 3 times. Nothing works. Any suggestions for further steps?

Hello there, @mischris25. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your son's Versa 4 before reaching out.

In addition to the steps you've done, please try the following in the order listed:

  • Make sure the Versa 4 is no longer showing up on the phone's Bluetooth settings and the Fitbit app.
  • Unpair other Bluetooth devices that you (or your son) may also have paired to your (or your son *depending the phone you're using) phone's Bluetooth settings.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use. This can help to prevent connectivity issues or Bluetooth interference.
  • Shut off the phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth on your phone.
  • Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
  • Set up the Versa 4.
  • If there is no connection, restart the Versa 4.
  • Once the Versa 4 is paired and syncing, please proceed to set up your other Bluetooth devices to your phone again.

With the steps above, what I want you guys to do is to pair the Versa 4 first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to the phone.
