I loved my versa 2. Went through 2 of them. I got this and it has been horrible. Won’t keep my heart rate. Always says it’s around 85. I restart it do the factory reset, everything. I am a pe/health teacher in a detention center that has no clocks so I need my watch. This is the biggest piece of crap. Also I got this instead of an I watch because I loved the versa 2 and it said I would be able to respond to text and get on the internet with it. Only to find out that’s only if I have an android. I will be buying an Apple Watch. I can’t believe how horrible this watch is

Hi @Heather1984 - did you know if you are unhappy with the watch Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy or possibly authorised dealers too, some stores provide 14 to 30 day refunds.

Mine is awful also. Loved my Versa 2 just thought it was time to update. Steps and stairs don't always count. Exercise never works. I'm trying to get a refund
