I bought my versa 4 November of 2023 and it is no longer working. Doesn't hold a charge, displays the wrong time, won't sync with my phone or pair. I have tried everything suggested to get it to work again and it seems to make it worse. This Fitbit is garbage. As much as I spent it should last longer than a year
