Versa 4 - Display is not turning on

Watch face just went black. Still has a charge. Was working fine 15 minutes ago. All I have on the watch face is a white dot.

i'm sorry to hear the display of your Versa 4 went black.

Most of the time, this kind of issue is easily resolved by restarting the device:

- Press and hold the button for 10 seconds until the Fitbit logo appears on the screen, and then release the button.

If you continue to have the same issue, you may try changing the clock face of your Versa 4:

- With your Versa 4 nearby, in the Fitbit app on your phone, tap the Today tab and then the devices icon and then your Versa 4.
- Tap Gallery and then Clocks tab.
- Browse the available clock faces. Tap the clock face you want and then Install.

Same mine did that too but I got a another charger and it started working again plus gotta restart it too
