Has anyone else found the Versa 4 touchscreen ridiculously sensitive and had to navigate? I try to scroll and it goes the wrong way, or "clicks" a button, or just turns off mid action. I previously had the Versa 2 and LOVED IT. when it died after 4 years, I didn't hesitate to get the 4, and have been deeply disappointed. I called fitbit support, and was told that as far as their are concerned this is a non issue, it can't be fixed nor will they replace, because that's just the way the Versa 4 is. Yet I have friends with the Versa 4 and they don't have the same issues. This is super frustrating to me. Does anyone else have this issue, and if so have you found any solution (other than never purchasing another Fitbit lol)?
