So it seems that since I did recent updates to both my phone and versa 4 I have not been getting notifications about new texts and all others messages to my watch. Turned all notifications off/on. No luck.
Tried factory reset of watch (after ding a manual sync). Now I can't sync. Can't get past the start menu on my watch. Tried Bluetooth off/on etc.
ADVISE?

I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 4 has stopped receiving notifications after the update. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
If you're still having syncing issues, please see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
Once you manage to sync your Versa 4, please make you've tried all troubleshooting steps provided here Why are notifications delayed or missing?
If the above doesn't work, could you please tell me if the notifications were the only thing that stopped working after the update?
