Versa 4 playing up since update

Updated my Versa 4 today and then did an outdoor hike, which I recorded on my watch. This hasn’t showed up on my app. As well as this, the calories on the app are different to what is displayed on my watch, despite it syncing fine. I have restarted the watch and disconnected/reconnected bluetooth but no change. This is extremely frustrating and seem to be encountering so many issues with my fitbit device lately, looks like I’m going to be forced to switch to a different company as the inaccurate tracking is really bothering me!

I am also experiencing the same problems since the update! Steps are different on my app compared to Fitbit, and the pacing was off on my run yesterday too!

It’s really annoying me! My steps are the same as the app but calories totally off. Really frustrating.
