I've been working with fitbit support for 3 months now trying to address poor GPS performance on my Versa 4. I had a Versa 3 and it had reasonable/acceptable performance.
fitbit support keeps asking me to wait for the next phone app to be released, 4.35, then 4.36, etc. But they are not updating the firmware in the watch. My phone isn't with me when I run and experience the poor GPS performance.
I think 3 months is enough time to wait for resolution and am looking for some way to escalate my case.
