My Versa two died this spring so I ordered the new 4, first one didn’t last long, wouldn’t charge or hold charge so returned and got a new one. Now this one won’t ever sync with my app and now it’s not even tracking my steps correctly. A few days this week it’s shown less than 1000 steps for me. I usually have about 2500 after leaving my office job, get a good many at the gym, and then get at least 4500 on a walk when I get home. I paid too much for this thing for it not to be recording info correctly.
