Versa 4 quit and won’t resync

My Versa 4 quit and will not work anymore. It will not re-sync with my IPad or my phone.  Can anyone help me? It is very frustrating to fix it.

Hi @JudyBailey  - try these steps

  • check the watch is fully charged
  • Turn off the iPad Bluetooth.
  • then restart the watch by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for the watch to start. 
  • Logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window
  • Restart the phone
  • Login to the app and wait for any pair, link or Fixit prompts and sync with a pull down on the phone display.

If that is not working remove the watch from the phone Bluetooth and repeat the process.

Turn off the iPad Bluetooth.
