Versa 4 replacement has not fixed any sleep data problems

Following months of issues with my Versa 4 that would not provide any sleep data, sleep score, breathing rate etc, this week I received my replacement Versa 4. Guess what, nothing has changed. I'm still only getting very basic data. I can be in bed for 9hrs and it says I've only slept for 3hrs. There is clearly something seriously wrong with the app. I pay for Premium but I'm not getting what I'm paying for.
This issue has been happening since at least May 2024, and Fitbit STILL don't have a fix?!
Please can Fitbit/Google just be honest and confirm they are aware of this issue and are working on a fix? What good is a device that doesn't do half of the things it advertises? What do I do now? I'm convinced Google are trying to kill off the Fitbit brand in the hope we'll all buy a Google Pixel. I'm beyond frustrated.
