Versa 4 replacement order is delayed

It has been 3 months and my Versa 4 is dead. They are replacing it, they said! It has been 5 weeks no email, nothing coming back from them. I asked them how long will it take, they said we do not know it is just delayed...

They could see what is wrong with my watch in their LOGS they confirmed. Why cant you send me a new one ASAP? 5 weeks plus I need to wait more??? I use apple products and wanted to try Fitbit for its battery life. 
I think I made a big mistake. Apple exchanges anything in 15 min in their store if the device is faulty. 

Company as huge as Google should not operate like this... I wish I could return this watch..

What are my options?
