Versa 4 replacement

People be aware I purchased a fitbit versa 4 in December. It stopped working end of February. I was sent a replacement which was refurbished and it does not work even tho they say the refurbished replacement are like new. I specifically asked for a new replacement since they still sell new versa 4 on their websites and they r sending yet another refurbished fitbit. It’s all a joke. I will never purchase another fitbit very disappointment horrible customer service. You spend all this money for products not to work and then received refurbished replacements that don’t work. Get the run around from customer service. Def need to work on their customer service and their products. No wonder why people aren’t buying Fitbit’s as often as they used to

Hi @Samper15 - I also received faulty replacement refurbished watches. Quality control can definitely be improved and a new one should definitely be sent immediately to get you up and running as quickly as possible without waiting for the return of the faulty one they sent you in error.
