I bought a versa 4 in august after my trusty versa 3 sadly gave up on me. Firstly, when I try o track a walk it does not track anything accurately, I could be walking for 45 minutes - 1hour and it will tell me I have walked 0.01km. I have checked this on other threads and it seems to be a reoccurring issue however I have no fix for it. I have checked gps signal and it always says it has connected to it, a relatively open space no sky scrapers can see the sky above etc.Secondly, I tried to track a long run and it stopped at 3.11km, and told me I had done a great work out. I then restarted another run because sure I’m only getting going, and the same thing happened on km 12. I didn’t notice at this point and have missed about 4km of my run in the middle until I restarted another run for the last 2km. Additionally, again on a long run, I started my watch it said it was connected but then when I finished my run (32km later) it had only tracked me 31.6km. Things like this are continuously happening and it is extremely frustrating.

Hello, @Abyrne19, welcome to the Fitbit Community.
Thanks for letting me know about this situation in regards to the tracking situation of your Versa 4.
My best recommendation would be restarting your Versa 4 and making sure you're wearing it correctly. I'm positive this will help you, you can also check this article, specifically in the part 'Can I automatically pause an exercise when I stop moving?'.

Thanks for your reply. I have called Fitbit and the operator told me to do a couple of steps including restarting my Fitbit and I still have a GPS issue. It doesn’t track my walks properly. Regarding my Fitbit turning off my workouts mid way through, we turned off auto start and stop, I haven’t yet had an issue with it but it doesn’t happen every time I exercise.
