Versa 4 screen came off

As I was taking clothes out of the washed to put in the dryer last night, the cover on my Fitbit popped loose.  I tried snapping it back in place but it won't stay.  The cover is connected by a small thin strip that appears to have been glued in place.

Has anyone else had that problem and is there a fix.

I miss my Versa!
