Unfortunately, the faceplate has detached from the main body, which has left me unable to use the device effectively.
I purchased the Versa 4 because of its excellent features and reliability, and I am disappointed to experience such a problem. I have taken good care of the device and ensured it was used under normal conditions, which makes this detachment unexpected.
Could you please advise on how this issue can be resolved? I am keen to continue using the device and would appreciate any assistance or guidance you can provide. If necessary, I am willing to send the device for repair or replacement, depending on your recommendations.

@bfranc Fitbit doesn't provide any repair services. If it is still working, a mobile phone repair shop might be able to re-attach the screen. They have glues designed for electronics. Please contact Support if your Versa 4 is still under warranty.

As @LZeeW has mentioned, we don't have repair centers in any country where Fitbit trackers are sold.
