Versa 4 fully charged and will not turn on

Hi @Cjenkins99 - it is important to check how you know it is fully charged.

Open the Fitbit App and manually sync to check the battery level.

Try holding the button for 10 seconds to wake it or place it on charge using your PC as the power source and note the connection sounds.

Normally a watch will reboot or display the charge screen if it is charging.

Make sure the terminals are clean and that it is actually charging - see How to check charge cable - Sense 2/Versa 4 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
