My Versa 4 has frozen on logo. Then it does the seven flashes/Red Cross before going back to logo. Bluetooth has lost it and can’t find it.
Support rang me twice and got cut off twice- unable to resolve. Fourth Fitbit in as many years going to the bin - back to a normal watch I guess - sad really.

Hi @Whiteblazes - This reboot loop situation can be terminal, less so if you get a red X
Are you able to do the following, if the device isn't completely faulty?
In the phone's Bluetooth forget or unpair all the device's Bluetooth entries [some devices have several]
In the phone Fitbit App
Click on battery icon [top left]
Click on the Device
Click on remove icon [top right]
Restart and charge the watch
Then in the app, click Add more devices to setup a device
Follow the installation instructions
