my versa 4 screen cracked when it was bumped by a dumbbell at the gym (I was spotting a person). When I tried to get it fixed they said I can’t and wouldn’t replace it citing warranty. I just bought this thing a few months ago and it’s already broken with no means for repair. When I protested I was told “the watches are pretty strong so they don’t crack so easily”. I beg to differ. Why this product cannot stand up to something so minor is baffling. And how can there not be some option to have it fixed? It’s like I just threw this money away.
