Versa 4 stops working

I have had my Fitbit Versa 4 since Christmas 2023. Twice now, it has stopped working. It won't respond to anything. I tried to "turn it off", but since the screen is black and nothing is responding, I can't tell if it is off or still not working. It won't sync and has an explanation point by on the app on my phone. The first time it did this, a few days ago, I was able to reset it by attaching the recharging cord and holding the button down until it restarted. This time that did not work. I have tried several times. What to do next?

I did an online chat with Maria. She gave me instructions. I cleaned the back of the Fitbit Versa 4 with a tissue and rubbing alcohol as Maria indicated. I plugged it in and waited 30 minutes to bring it back up. Nothing happened. Maria gave me a case number. I called Fitbit and spoke to Lou. She sent me an email with choices for a replacement Fitbit or upgrade to a different Fitbit. I am waiting for the next communication from Fitbit acknowledging my choice of a replacement Versa 4 Fitbit.

My versa 4 is showing the logo, red X, logo in a circle, logo with bar,
Showing Bluetooth connected with mobile app, BUT NO CHARGING INDICATION, NO
PERCENTAGE OF CHARGE, When app asking 4 digits, NO 4 DIGITS. SO NO DISPLAYS
OTHER THAN THE ABOVE SAID LOGO RELATED. CAN I GET A REPLACEMENT?. MY CASE
NUMBER IS 51664099. 1 year not completed
