My newest Versa 4 app has never worked properly. I had exchanged it for this new device and I still have the same problems. 1) it often freezes when I exercise 2) on the Home Screen the ‘focus’ part, the main part at the top, the steps often freeze and not sync and will differ to the steps section below. 3) restoration area where sleep stats are, is ‘crazy’. It often shows the highlight of sleep from a previous night. For example it shows the sleep highlight from 3 Jan today, it’s 8 Jan. When I click in, it’s the correct data.. the sleep for last night. Huge sigh. I expected all of these updates to clear up the problems. I’m now questioning the future of Fitbit as there are no exciting new launches of devises at all. Exasperated and disappointed
