Crazy this has not been addressed and fixed.
Versa 4 stays on dim irrespective of what mode its set to.
All settings are correct and as they should be...no sleep mode on etc
Why has this bug not been resolved ?

Hi I was having the exact same problem also my phone wouldn’t receive messages and I finally worked out my sleep mode was on. Hope this helps 🤞🏼

Hello, @Odessa65 Welcome to the Fitbit Community.
Thanks for letting me know about this situation in regards to the screen of your Versa 4.
Can you complete this steps, please?
- In the Fitbit app, touch your profile image, touch your Fitbit device and click 'Sync Now'. This will help you synchronize the Versa 4.
- Restart the device, press and hold the button* for 10 seconds until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen, and then release the button.
- After this, change the clock face. With your device nearby, in the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab then Devices then your device, tap Gallery then Clocks tab. Browse the available clock faces. Tap the clock face you want then Install.
Let me know how it goes once you're finished these steps.

Thank you for the reply.
I have done this and there is no difference.
Clock face still settles on dim setting by itself and does not maintain the chosen setting.
I have changed it once again to 'bright' and it immediately changes to dim.
The fitbit was bought on Saturday 23rd December and has latest firmware installed.
The issue is , it will never stay on bright no matter what I do.
Very annoying.

But all settings are correct
Sleep mode not on
Notifications are being received
Simply cannot adjust brightness and the watch stays on dim all the time

Can I assume this is a firmware bug and will NOT be fixed by your company?
