Versa 4 keeps not working screen keeps freezing and the endless resets are annoying. Customer service is terrible as google policy is to be not helpful.
There is no complaint policy so no chance things will get better.
Won't buy another fitbit product, is the Samsung watch any good?

Having the same problem and no help at all. This is the third V4 I've had to replace and now I cant get anyone even to have respond nor help even as its insured for it.....
Touch screen doesn't work anymore. Side button just wants to got to 'set up Alexa'. And reboots are not effective. Changed the clock face. Same result.
