I haven't had my versa 4 a month yet and the screen stopped working. It was working fine and I look down to see different colors blurred on the screen and that's all. I've tried restarting it but can't see what it's doing. I feel it vibrate but the colors don't change. I've tried changing the clock face as well, nothing changes though.

I had a similar issue in December. The support desk walked me through doing a factory reset without any display on the versa 4. Seems to have solved the issue. Contact Support Chat.
